I build technology, teams & systems that scale.
I work hands-on across AI-first SaaS, platform architecture, and engineering teams, building systems that move fast without losing reliability.
Software engineering has been my craft for more than 20 years.
I’m based in Southeast Asia, with experience across SaaS, travel technology, fintech, and enterprise platforms. Today I oversee five engineering teams and stay close to the technology, with a focus on production AI, scalable platforms, reliability, security, quality, and building strong engineering organizations.
What I’m learning while building.
Writing on technology, engineering leadership, people, systems, and work.
